- Quote/ Brief: We receive a quote from the client or a brief either through our website or through walk-ins. Our office is located at Mfangano Trade Centre, ground floor, shop G3, Nairobi, Kenya. So we always allow walk-ins.
- Consultancy: Based on the quote/brief, we advise the client on the best materials to use/printing type, while considering factors such as affordability and quality assurance.
- Design: We create an appropriate design for the business card, as per the client's expectations, and present it to the client for approval.
- Delivery. Once the product is done, we deliver it to the client's chosen location. If it's a quick kind of service, the client can leave with the products on the same day. However, if we have short notice, or in the case of a bulk order, we will advise the client on the appropriate amount of time to wait. We always deliver all our services promptly.
